Blogging Stuff

Superb Saturday, ladies!

I’m really not a techie person, so if this is painfully obvious, please bear with me. I don’t know about other blog hosts, but on WordPress, I have a page where I can see where people came from to arrive at my blog. The last couple of days, I saw people coming from something called “Bloglines” and “GoogleReader.” Since I didn’t know what that meant, I went to the fount of all knowledge and googled it. My eyes have been opened! (I even signed up for a blog reader, too.) Thank you ladies for subscribing!

For those of you who have asked, I made a blog button. Again, I’m not a techie, so is this right?

  1. No, ….you have to post something called a HTML I need that code otherwise I can’t post it. I can’t really help you with any of that, I just know bloggers need a code to post.

For anyone wondering, you save the photo to your computer and then got to your blog, in the page where you edit the layout, hit “add gadet” on the side bar, then add the gadget “picture” make sure you enter the web address to this place, otherwise it won’t link back here. Hope this helps! If anyone needs help, visit my blog and comment, I can probably walk you through it through a comment.

  2. Ok, I added the code I’m using to get the image to show up and make it clickable to the main page. Is that better? And I changed the picture to make the url more legible, so if you want the latest and greatest version, you can use this one.

  3. Your image link looks good – very pretty picture!! It looks like you have it perfect! 😀

I am one of the Bloglines people. I love Bloglines! It saves a lot of time and I never have to miss a post! 😀

To the KING be all the glory!

  4. Olivia, Thank you! I like to read your blog, too.

Rebekah, Thanks! Megan taught me how to do some new tricks on Photoshop.
